We are Tangled Group, Inc. a group of software development companies based in Leskovac, Serbia.

Our teams want to design the next generation of software business solutions with you. Business in our companies is growing rapidly and we need a skilled project manager. If you think you are doing well in overcoming problems and easily find common ground with people, feel free to contact us. In this role, you will be responsible as an essential link between the business team, clients, and developers. We need someone who is going to follow the dynamics of the team, understands the needs of the clients, and can single out and structure tasks for developers.

How would you contribute to the team?

  • Enabling and facilitate intergroup communication and efficient teamwork.
  • Preparing requests and proposals
  • Determining the relevance and prioritizing tasks
  • Assigning tasks to team members
  • Effective communication about project objectives and project status
  • Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

Required skills

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop yourself
  • The organization is your strong point
  • You can learn on your own
  • You get along in an environment that is not completely familiar to you
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English skills
  • You are familiar with GIT or use it on a daily basis to manage your projects
  • Possess knowledge of Python, Dockers would be considered as a plus
